Host a Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

At Your Studio

Why Restorative Is the Wave of The Future

For years, the focus has been on power hot classes, vigorous vinyasa, and other strenuous forms of physical practice. Much of it does not align with Yogic philosophy and as more and more teachers gain deeper knowledge of that and greater understanding of the nervous system, we are starting to see a shift. That shifts does not mean that studios are no longer offering strenuous classes, but it does mean that advanced teachers recognize that if we want to provide spaces for healing, there must be balance.

Restorative practices are the key to a studio's and a teacher's success.

While it may not mean that you start to take a more restorative approach, it does mean that you will have a greater understanding as to how to weave that into the current way that you teach or the current culture of your studio.

And THAT, that opens up a world of healing!

Here is what our students are saying

"I have grown so much personally"

I had such an amazing transformative experience with Direct Path taking my 200hr YTT, and with Jess Proulx. She led with heart, with the goal of teaching to the true meaning of Yoga and I've grown so much personally that I'm heading right into the 300hr! Really looking forward to this next chapter and continuing my education and so very glad I went with Direct Path.

- Sara N.

"I am forever grateful"

I am so glad I decided to get my yoga teacher certification with Direct Path. It was the most welcoming environment where I was able to grow tremendously. I gained so much knowledge about myself and about the world in addition to learning to become a yoga teacher. I am forever grateful for this experience and the teachers at Direct Path.

- Haylee S.

"10 out of 10 would recommend"

Studying with Direct Path was such a pleasure! I learned so much about teaching in a way that is safe, responsible, and receptive to others. I also loved connecting the physical practice to other aspects of yoga.
10/10 would recommend!

- Kristen L.

"I truly value all the teachings"

I would recommend Direct Path to a fellow yoga teacher or person wanting to learn more about yoga. They covered a wide range of course material from asanas, meditations, anatomy, history, and so much more. I truly value all the teachings and lessons I learned during my time at Direct Path.

- Tatianna T.
